Tier 1

Oral-Systemic Health Assessment

Our Oral-Systemic Dental Assessment is our foundational new patient evaluation and includes everything the doctor needs to establish your dental and oral-systemic baseline.

  • Oral-Systemic Health Consultation

  • 2D X-rays
  • 3D CBCT Scan
  • Nitric Oxide Screening
  • MMP-8 Salivary Inflammation Screening

Tier 2

Advanced Oral-Systemic + Functional Healthcare Assessment

For patients who want to go beyond their dental baseline and take a deeper look at how their oral health may connect with their overall health, we offer our Advanced Oral-Systemic + Functional Healthcare Assessment.

It includes everything in Tier 1, PLUS:

  • Comprehensive Oral Microbiome Salivary Testing
  • At-Home Sleep Study
  • Functional Health Consultation with Dr. S or Jaci

Reserve Your Visit

Most new patients start with a phone call. Our front desk will walk you through the visit and answer your questions. A $325 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your new patient visit. If you book online instead, we’ll text you a secure payment link for the deposit.

We'll send your intake paperwork and everything you need to arrive ready for a thorough, productive first appointment.

Common Questions

The new patient appointment is a comprehensive, two-hour evaluation, significantly more involved than a standard dental visit. We collect a deposit when you book. That keeps your appointment slot protected, our clinical team fully prepared, and your time used effectively from the moment you arrive.

We accept most PPO insurance plans. Insurance typically covers the comprehensive evaluation, including 2D X-rays if yours need updating. Our team will help you understand your benefits and can provide documentation to support reimbursement for any out-of-network portions of your visit.

Plan for approximately two hours. This allows time for your CBCT scan, X-rays, MMP-8 and nitric oxide saliva testing, a gum health assessment with photos, and a thorough exam and consultation with the doctor the same day.

Dr. Lee regularly sees patients who travel for care. We recommend arriving the evening before for a stress-free morning. Nearby hotels and directions from DIA are in the section below.

Absolutely. Many patients find it helpful to have a spouse or partner present during the consultation portion. Let us know when scheduling and we'll make sure there's comfortable seating for them.

Traveling from Out of Town?

Dr. Lee sees patients from across the country, many traveling specifically for her expertise in biological dentistry and oral-systemic health.

We recommend arriving the evening before if possible — it makes for a more relaxed morning and a better first visit. Reach out before your appointment and our team will help coordinate any details.
